Return Process If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item once your return request is accepted. Subsequently, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have a special 14-day cooling off period. During this time, you can cancel or return your order for any reason without providing justification. The same eligibility criteria apply: the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you should retain the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
